Kalos Services, Inc. ("Kalos," "we," "our," or "us") respects and
values your privacy. This Mobile Application Privacy Policy explains
how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use
the Kalos mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you consent to the
practices described in this Policy.
This Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy available at

Personal Information You Provide
- Account credentials (username, password, employee ID)
- Contact details (name, email, phone number)
- Service-related information (job details, customer information,
service notes)
- Photos and documents uploaded through the App
- Time tracking and job completion data
Automatically Collected Information
Location Data:
- Precise Location: When you grant permission, we
collect real-time GPS coordinates and precise geolocation data from
your device.
- Approximate Location: We may derive approximate
location from IP address or network information.
- Background Location: If enabled, the App may
collect location data even when not actively in use for features
such as automated time tracking, job assignment, and mileage
calculation.
Device Information:
- Device type, model, and manufacturer
- Operating system and version
- Unique device identifiers (IMEI, MEID, device ID)
- Mobile network information
- Device settings and preferences
App Usage Data:
- Features accessed and actions performed
- Session duration and frequency of use
- Crash reports and performance data
- In-app navigation patterns
Camera and Media Access:
- Photos and videos captured through the App for job
documentation
- Access to device photo library when you choose to upload existing
media
Other Permissions:

- Service Dispatch & Navigation: Assign technicians
to nearby service calls and provide turn-by-turn directions to job
sites
- Time Tracking: Automatically clock in/out when
arriving at or leaving job locations
- Mileage Calculation: Track travel distance for
reimbursement and business expense reporting
- Job Verification: Confirm that services are
performed at the correct service address
- Workforce Management: Optimize routing and
scheduling based on technician locations
- Safety & Emergency Response: Locate field
personnel in case of emergencies
- Analytics: Analyze service area coverage and
operational efficiency
You can control location permissions through your device settings.
Note: Disabling location services may limit or
prevent access to certain App features essential for your work
duties.
3. How We Use Other Information
We use collected information to:
- Facilitate job scheduling, dispatching, and completion
- Enable communication between technicians, dispatchers, and
customers
- Process and track work orders, invoices, and payments
- Maintain time and attendance records
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Improve App functionality, performance, and user experience
- Generate business analytics and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal obligations
- Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and security
threats
4. Push Notifications
The App may send push notifications including:
- New job assignments and updates
- Schedule changes and reminders
- Messages from dispatchers or customers
- System alerts and important announcements
You can disable push notifications through your device settings at
any time.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share App information with:
- Company Personnel: Managers, dispatchers, and
authorized staff for business operations
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics
platforms, mapping services, and IT support
- Customers: Service documentation, photos, and
completion reports as part of service delivery

court order, or legal process
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger,

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services: The App uses the following
third-party services that may collect information:
- Google Maps Platform (for mapping and navigation)
6. Data Retention
We retain App data for as long as:
- You maintain an active account or employment relationship
- Necessary for business operations and legal compliance
- Required by employment law, tax regulations, or contractual
obligations
Location history and tracking data are typically retained for 2 years
unless legally required otherwise.

Settings > Apps > Kalos > Permissions > Location
- You can choose between "Allow all the time," "Allow only while
using the app," or "Deny"

Note: As this App is provided for employment
purposes, certain data collection may be required for job performance.
Disabling required permissions may affect your ability to perform work
duties.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by Kalos employees and authorized
personnel only. It is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not
knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Mobile Application Privacy Policy periodically.
Updates will be posted within the App and indicated by a revised "Last
Updated" date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of
the revised Policy.
